**There is a 50% non-refundable deposit/booking fee due immediately upon booking Creative Faces by V for your event. Invoicing is done via PAYPAL for your convenience and security. Contracts are now sent via e-mail for review and signing. If booking within 5 days of event, payment is due in full. If you are booking for a holiday, are a small business or sponsor, payment is due in full upon booking prior to event date (unless agreed otherwise at time of booking). NO DATE is reserved, and can be booked by another party without the receipt of the deposit (full payment in some cases). Please note there is a $25 holiday fee for any bookings taking place on a holiday, which is due in addition to the booking fee/deposit. Travel fees do apply to all venues beyond the first 15 miles. The first 15 miles of travel time are always free. Customer is responsible for all tools and parking charges both to and from venue. Creative Faces by V will not set up outside in the rain or work outside in temperatures over 80 degrees or under 65 degrees for the safety and comfort of the artists, guests and safety/proper function of all materials.
